Computers can cause much stress to the neck, and this can result in fatigue.
ALEXANDER argued that the inability to attend to two things at once is an indication of poor sensory awareness often resulting in
stress and misdirected effort.
THE WHISPERED 'AH' EXERCISE (do in front of a mirror) : -
1. Blow the air out of your mouth, allow the air to return through the nose,
2. Make a smile to the mirror, think of what life makes you do - like now,
3. Gently move the head forwards, and downwards,
4. Put the tip of your tongue against the back of your lower teeth,
5. Open mouth naturally. Whisper 'AH',
6.Allow air to come back through nose.

Tilting your neck
Tilt only your head forwards. Did you also bend your neck forward. 99% of cases said yes. Now tilt your head forwards again, watching that the only movement is at the head/neck joint. You'll discover that the movement is tiny, almost negligible. Explore this...
